Introduction

Changzhou Jingyuan Noise Controlling Material Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996 and is currently located in the city of Changzhou,Jiangsu. We mainly provide sound attenuators, commercial airflow attenuation, sound enclosures, anechoic chambers, acoustic insulation barriers. Our company would like to provide customized acoustic and industrial noise control solutions based on your needs and descriptions.

Meanwhile, our company has perfect CNC machinery capability and professional engineers and technicians. Our products have certificated performance in NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient), steel structure, surface treatment with high anti-corrosion and fire resistance. Our company has received ISO9001 certification and is widely recognized by overseas customers.

History

Since our founding in 1996, we have grown from a specialized acoustic engineering firm into a global provider of innovative noise control solutions—driven by a commitment to quality, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of our clients’ evolving needs.

  • 1996–2010: Founding & Early Focus: Our journey began with our founder acoustic engineer passionate about addressing unmet noise challenges in industrial and commercial settings. Initially, we focused on developing high-performance sound attenuators, a niche where we quickly gained recognition for our ability to balance noise reduction with airflow efficiency. During this period, we built our first manufacturing facility, establishing strict quality control processes to ensure every product met industry-leading standards.
  • 2011–2020: Expansion of Product Portfolio: As demand for comprehensive acoustic solutions grew, we expanded our offerings to include sound enclosures and acoustic insulation barriers. This expansion allowed us to serve a broader range of industries, from manufacturing and power generation to construction and transportation. This decade marked our transition to a global service provider, with partnerships and projects spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • 2021–Present: Innovation & Client-Centric Growth: Today, we continue to innovate, leveraging digital tools (such as 3D modeling and acoustic simulation software) to enhance the precision and speed of our customized solutions. We have also expanded our service scope to include post-installation maintenance and acoustic monitoring, ensuring that our clients’ noise control systems remain effective long-term.

For over 25 years, our history has been defined by adaptability, technical excellence, and a relentless focus on our clients’ success. We recognized that one-size-fits-all solutions were insufficient for many clients, so we doubled down on our customized services—establishing a dedicated engineering team focused on designing tailor-made noise control strategies.

Service

We specialize in manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of premium noise control products, tailored to meet diverse industrial, commercial, and specialized acoustic needs:

  • Sound Attenuators: Designed to reduce airborne noise in ductwork, ventilation systems, or industrial pipelines, ensuring efficient noise reduction without compromising airflow performance.
  • Commercial Airflow Attenuation Solutions: Customized for commercial spaces (such as offices, shopping malls, or healthcare facilities) to minimize noise generated by HVAC systems, fans, or air handling units—balancing acoustic comfort with optimal airflow.
  • Sound Enclosures: Robust, durable enclosures engineered to isolate high-noise equipment (e.g., generators, compressors, pumps, or industrial machinery), effectively containing noise within a controlled space.
  • Anechoic Chambers: Specialized, echo-free test environments used for acoustic testing, product R&D, or noise measurement—meeting strict industry standards for accuracy and performance.
  • Acoustic Insulation Barriers: High-performance barriers for outdoor or indoor use (e.g., roadways, factories, or construction sites) to block and absorb noise, protecting surrounding areas from excessive sound pollution.
