Our production line operates on a precision-driven, customer-centric workflow that integrates advanced technology, strict quality control, and flexibility to accommodate both standard and customized orders. The process is divided into five key stages:
Stage 1: Design & Engineering
- Customization Kickoff: For tailored solutions, our acoustic engineers collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to translate customer requirements (e.g., noise reduction targets, space constraints, material preferences) into detailed 3D designs and technical drawings.
- Simulation & Validation: Using specialized acoustic simulation software, we test the design’s performance virtually—predicting noise reduction levels, airflow resistance, and structural durability—to refine the plan before production.
Stage 2: Material Sourcing & Preparation
- High-Quality Material Selection: We source premium materials such as sound-absorbing foam, mass-loaded vinyl, galvanized steel, and weather-resistant composites from certified suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) for acoustic performance and safety.
- Material Processing: Raw materials are cut, shaped, and treated (e.g., anti-corrosion coating for outdoor barriers) using automated cutting machines and laser precision tools to ensure consistency.
Stage 3: Component Manufacturing
- Production for Standard Parts: Engineers turn your needs into 3D designs. Premium materials (steel, sound-absorbing foam) are prepped via CNC cutting machines for consistent, accurate component shapes.
- Handcrafted Precision for Custom Parts: Custom sound enclosures and anechoic chamber panels require manual craftsmanship—skilled technicians assemble and seal components, ensuring airtightness (critical for noise isolation) and precise fitting.
Stage 4: Assembly & Integration
- Modular Assembly: Components are assembled in modular sections (e.g., enclosure panels, attenuator chambers) to simplify transportation and on-site installation. Each section is inspected for alignment, structural integrity, and acoustic sealing.
- Integration of Accessories: For complex solutions (e.g., anechoic chambers with testing equipment), we integrate additional features such as access doors, ventilation ports, or electrical wiring, ensuring compatibility and safety.
Stage 5: Packaging, Delivery & Installation Support
- Protective Packaging: Products are packaged in shock-resistant materials to prevent damage during transportation, with clear labeling for easy on-site identification.
- On-Site Support: For installation, our team provides technical guidance or on-site assistance to ensure proper setup, and we conduct a final performance test with the customer to confirm satisfaction.
